Welcome to Southeastern!

Whether you are a returning family or new to the SSC family, the registration process is simple and takes only a few minutes. After the registration process, you will be able to pay the SSC Annual Registration Fee ($100) which covers September monthly dues and team t-shirts. You may pay in full at that time or choose to be billed monthly along with any open balance on your account. More financial information can be found here.

If you are a Returning Member, you (or your swimmer) should know which practice group they will be in for the upcoming season. If you have any questions regarding which group to register your child in, please contact their prior season's coach.

After you register with SSC, you will need to register with USA Swimming. This registration fee covers secondary insurance, Indiana Swimming membership, USA Swimming membership, and a year subscription to Splash Magazine.

Group Placements

If you are new to SSC, welcome! Once your swimmer has completed an evaluation, one of the coaches should have instructed you as to which group you should register your swimmer. You can learn more about evaluations here. If you want to schedule an evaluation, please email our Director of Recruitment, Jessica Salvadori at jessica@southeasternswim.org. You may also email questions about evaluations, the placement of your child in a practice group, or your required submission of a birth certificate copy (or passport) to our Business Manager, Erin Fisher, at admin@southeasternswim.org.

Team Suits & T-Shirts

ALL NEW MEMBERS must go to Elsmore Swim Shop (4705 E. 96th St, Suite 37, Indianapolis, IN) for a private fitting and team suit purchase. Please ensure you order your suit when you are there because this is the suit you will wear at each swim meet. Swimmers must compete in a team suit unless coaches have designated that tech suits may be worn at that meet.

ALL RETURNING MEMBERS are required to compete in their current team suit or purchase a new one. Suits may be purchased at Elsmore Swim Shop (4705 E. 96th St, Suite 37, Indianapolis, IN). 

ALL MEMBERS should confirm the T-shirt sizes listed in their accounts for parents and swimmers to ensure all shirt sizes are correct.
